1. Installation of various outdoor waterproof junction boxes
(1) The junction box is installed on a cement pole (using a metal back frame) as shown in Figure 1.
(2) The installation of the wall type outdoor junction box is shown in Figure 2.
2. Installation of indoor branching equipment
(1) Installation of wall type indoor junction box
① The junction box installed on the wall of the corridor should be installed at a height of 2500mm above the mirror line or at the bottom of the box from the floor.
② The junction box installed on the indoor wall can be installed above the baseboard, and the box bottom is 50mm away from the baseboard.
③ The junction box installed in the cable lifting room should be installed vertically, with its lower part 1500mm above the ground level.
④ The installation of wall type indoor junction boxes adopts lead tenons and wooden screws.
3. The installation of niche junction boxes is divided into two parts: box installation and box connection component installation.
① The installation of the box is carried out by the building construction department according to the design requirements.
② The lower edge of the box should be 1000-1300mm above the floor, and the distance between the box edge and the wall corner should be ≥ 1000mm.
③ The length of the cable conduit entering the box shall not exceed 15mm. The pipe orifice should be blunted and reamed, and then the pipe should be connected to the box with a nut, as shown in Figure 7-16.
④ The installation of connecting components inside the box includes the installation of threading boards and templates, and the modules should be installed in the central position inside the box.
