Introduction to plastic junction boxes

Usage: Used for indoor and outdoor electrical, communication, firefighting equipment, steel smelting, petrochemical, electronics, power, railways, construction sites, mines, mining sites, airports, hotels, ships, large factories, coastal factories, unloading dock equipment, sewage treatment facilities, environmental pollution facilities, etc.
2. Material: New materials imported from Taiwan, high-quality thermoplastic ABS or (PC) polycarbonate, or materials can be selected according to customer requirements. Fuel blocking and UV resistant materials can be customized, with transparent and opaque covers (materials are non corrosive, anti-static, and have good insulation)
3. Box thickness: The average thickness of the thinnest part of the box is 3mm, and the thickness of important parts is strengthened (not deformed), with an impact strength of IK07 (not crushed); Flame retardant grade V0. (resistant to high baking, long-lasting use without fading), lightweight (easy to install, can also be moved freely).
4. Waterproof performance: Super waterproof, with a protection level of IP66 or above, even if it rains heavily during operation, it will not enter the water, making it very safe.
5. Certification: The product has passed CE certification, and the materials can be certified for environmental protection, flame retardancy, UL materials, etc. The waterproof grade is IP66 certified and tested.
6. Installation method: 1. Internal installation - There are bosses inside the box for installing circuit boards or DIN rail components, as well as built-in copper wiring nuts (each waterproof box is equipped with at least two or more conventional M4 copper nuts). 2. External installation - can be directly fixed to the wall through the installation holes in the lower part of the box (can be directly fixed to the wall or board with screws or nails through the four corners of the box)
7. Wire inlet and outlet holes: You can freely open holes on top according to the customer's usage requirements. (The opening position and size can be processed according to the customer's specified requirements.) After the opening, a matching waterproof clamping joint can be installed to achieve the best waterproof effect. (Please refer to the picture below for detailed steps) 8. The service life of waterproof boxes is generally around 5 years for conventional materials depending on the usage environment. If flame retardants and anti-aging agents are added to the materials, the service life can reach more than 10 years. Heat deformation temperature: -40~~85 degrees Celsius.
